My Role

I’ve been working in the field of behavior analysis since 2018. I started as a behavioral technician providing direct services to children and teens with autism and related developmental disabilities. Since then, I’ve expanded my experience through graduate research, teaching, and supervising research assistants. My work has involved both basic and applied research, including working with families and teachers to increase self-control, delay tolerance, and communication skills.

The Best Part of My Job

The best part of my job is working closely with families and clients, and having the opportunity to witness their progress. It is incredibly rewarding to see each client grow and gain new skills that contribute to a happier and more independent life. I also find it very rewarding to share my passion for behavior analysis with other behavior analysts.

"My work philosophy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and data-driven practice. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships and using evidence-based methods that are responsive to each client’s individual strengths and cultural background. I strive to approach each case with humility and a commitment to continuous learning so I can best support our clients and community."
