My Role

Nicole started in the field of ABA back in 2009 and hasn't looked back. She got a degree in Special Education where she worked in Severe Behavior and Autism units. She then got a Masters Degree in ABA and has worked as a Clinical Director since 2022. She has worked with a wide variety of clients, behaviors, and staff. Her comprehensive background helps guide her clinical decisions everyday.

Education & Qualifications

Nicole Dobson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a Severe Emphasis from Utah State University and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Utah Valley University. She is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Utah and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
