The Best Part of My Job

The very best part of my job is the families. I love discovering the quirks, unique personalities, and special interests that make each one so different, especially the kids. I get right down on their level, whether that means dressing up for make-believe adventures, breaking out in spontaneous dance parties, or finding creative ways to teach skills they’ll carry with them for a lifetime.

"My work philosophy is rooted in enthusiasm and creativity. I love working with kids, so I’m always finding fresh, engaging ways to teach skills and make therapy a highlight of their day. I embrace challenges, and I believe that when you truly love what you do, staying current on research and giving your all every single day feels less like a responsibility and more like a privilege and an honor."

What I Like Best About Working at Rogue

I love Rogue because we’re always evolving and learning: staying current, trauma-informed, and centered on reinforcement and positivity. Our goal is to tailor skill-building to each unique kiddo, meeting them where they are. We thrive on creativity and collaboration, working together to make behavior therapy fun, engaging, and all about teaching our clients how to access the reinforcement that matters most to them.
