My Role

In my role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Rogue, I have the privilege of designing and implementing personalized therapy programs that truly make a difference. Every day, I work closely with children and their families, applying evidence-based techniques to help each child develop new skills and overcome challenges. It’s deeply rewarding to see the progress and joy in the families I work with, and I cherish the opportunity to contribute to their journey toward greater happiness and fulfillment.

Education & Qualifications

In my 12 years within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I have grown from a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I spent a decade, to an intern, and most recently, achieved my certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in October 2023. This journey has been marked by continuous learning and hands-on experience, allowing me to refine my skills and deepen my understanding of ABA practices.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Services
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

The Best Part of My Job

The best part of my job is undoubtedly the time I spend working with children—witnessing their resilience, intelligence, and capabilities. It’s profoundly rewarding to see them conquer a challenging skill or make noticeable progress, their faces lighting up with joy and pride.

Over my career, I’ve formed deep connections with the families I work with, like the six years I spent with one family helping their two children with ASD.

The moment one of those children, who is mostly non-verbal, excitedly stimmed upon seeing me after years and then clearly expressed, “I miss you, Kristi!” is a cherished memory. It showed me the profound impact of our bond and the deep emotional connections that our work nurtures, making every challenge along the way incredibly worthwhile.

"I am dedicated to advocating for those who might not always be able to speak for themselves. My commitment is to give my very best, ensuring that every individual I support can reach their full potential. This heartfelt mission drives me to make a meaningful difference in their lives."

What I love most about working at Rogue is the opportunity to build a unified team right in our clients’ homes. This approach allows everyone involved to actively participate, which is crucial in ABA for the generalization of skills. It’s incredibly rewarding to see everyone coming together, playing a role in our clients’ development and success.
