My Role

As a parent of a child with autism, I understand firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with navigating therapies, education systems, and support services. This personal journey fuels my passion for helping families find clarity, confidence, and community as they advocate for their children. I bring over seven years of teaching experience, which has strengthened my ability to connect, communicate, and lead. Additionally, I have leadership experience supervising teams at BYU and Vivint, along with data entry expertise from my time at Vivint. My background also includes work as a publishing assistant and editor with N2 Co, which has sharpened my attention to detail and organizational skills. Combined with my current studies, these experiences enable me to provide well-rounded support and contribute effectively to the mission of Rogue Behavior Services.

Education & Qualifications

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, which provided a strong foundation in child development, learning strategies, and effective communication with both families and educators. I am currently pursuing a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis to deepen my understanding of behavior-based strategies that support individuals with autism and their families. I am also actively working toward my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, further strengthening my ability to provide direct support to clients. As a parent of a child on the Autism Spectrum, I bring lived experience navigating diagnoses, IEPs, school systems, and therapy coordination. Along with strong administrative skills—including scheduling, documentation, and clear communication—I’m dedicated to supporting families and helping Rogue’s services operate smoothly and effectively.

The Best Part of My Job

The best part of my job is talking with families, hearing their backgrounds and experiences, and relating to them through shared common ground. I truly enjoy building connections and understanding their unique journeys, which helps me provide meaningful support. I also enjoy finding and sharing a wide range of resources with parents—from connecting them to community events and sensory-friendly activities to helping explore therapy options and support networks—ensuring they have the tools and opportunities they need. In addition, I like the administrative side of my role—handling scheduling and managing insurance credentialing for our staff. Looking ahead, I’m excited about advancing my career by becoming a BCBA and growing with Rogue for the long term.

"My work philosophy is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and empowering families to confidently advocate for their children. By building strong connections and staying organized, I strive to provide meaningful support that makes a positive difference. I see my work as a partnership focused on growth, inclusion, and lasting impact."
