Education & Qualifications
I have been working in the ABA field since January 2021. I was planning on going into the medical field, but fell in love with being an RBT and decided to pursue ABA instead. Before working in ABA, I worked as a para-educator in a middle school for about three-four years as well. I love working with children and helping them live their best lives.
The Best Part of My Job
The best part of my job is witnessing the incredible progress our clients make towards their goals, especially when they overcome significant challenges to lead happier, more fulfilling lives. For instance, one client struggled with severe sound sensitivity, which made certain public spaces very difficult for them. We set sound desensitizing goals and worked intensively on coping strategies and emotional responses to challenging sounds. After a particularly tough start, we revisited a previously overwhelming public space.
Armed with better tools and strategies, the client managed to navigate the environment successfully, using their coping techniques effectively. The highlight was when we walked out, and they exclaimed with pride, “I DID IT!!”
Seeing their joy and sense of accomplishment after such a long journey of hard work and perseverance is truly the most rewarding aspect of my work. It’s moments like these that reinforce the profound impact we can have on the lives of those we help.
What I Like Best About Working at Rogue
The best part of working for Rogue is the encouraging, client, and passion oriented core that is portrayed by our employees across all levels.

We not only have the best clients, but the best teams devoted to making a difference in their lives.
