My Role

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Utah with a strong background in clinical leadership and organizational development. I earned my M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in ABA from Kaplan University. Since becoming a BCBA in 2019, I have been dedicated to improving the quality of behavioral services for individuals and families through evidence-based practices, ethical leadership, and compassionate care. Currently, I serve as the CEO of Rogue Behavior Services, where I previously held the role of Clinical Director. In these leadership positions, I have overseen clinical operations, compliance, and service delivery across ABA programs while mentoring and supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts and clinical staff. My responsibilities include developing organizational policies, implementing quality assurance initiatives, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, and creating systems that promote clinical excellence. As CEO, I lead the organization's strategic growth and long-term vision while supporting executive leadership and fostering a culture centered on high-quality, client-focused care. I am passionate about building sustainable organizations that empower clinicians, improve outcomes for clients, and expand access to exceptional ABA services. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to advancing the field of behavior analysis through servant leadership, continuous improvement, and a dedication to excellence in clinical practice.

The Best Part of My Job

The best part of my job is the opportunity to support others and immerse myself in cutting-edge research that enhances the services we provide. In the field of ABA, every success story is unique and profoundly impactful, making it hard to choose just one.

Whether it’s being present for a child’s first spoken word or watching them joyfully sing along to a favorite song, these milestones are not just achievements but heartwarming experiences that highlight the real difference our work makes. It’s these moments, filled with breakthroughs and joy, that truly encapsulate the best parts of what we do at Rogue.
