My Role

In my role as a BCBA at Rogue Behavior Services, I oversee behavior technicians who implement treatment plans with our clients. I am responsible for creating and revising these plans and programming to ensure they are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client effectively. My focus is on guiding our technicians in delivering the highest quality of care and continuously improving our approaches to support the best possible outcomes for those we serve.

Education & Qualifications

I started my career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), spending four enriching years working directly with clients. This experience provided a solid foundation for my transition to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a role I have now held for the past four years.

My combined experience has equipped me with both practical and analytical insights, enhancing my ability to develop and oversee effective treatment plans

Master in Education/Behavior Analysis (Arizona State University)
Bachelors in Psychology (Utah State University)

The Best Part of My Job

The best part of my job is witnessing the tangible progress of the kids I work with and engaging directly with them, their caregivers, and our behavior technicians. It’s incredibly rewarding to see each small step forward and to be actively involved in these transformative journeys.

Collaborating closely with the entire care team allows us to share successes and strategies, creating a supportive network that enhances the impact of our work and enriches the lives of everyone involved. A memorable example of this impact was a client I worked with over four years, transitioning from a behavior technician to a behavior analyst.

Initially, this client frequently exhibited severe aggression, including hitting, choking, and kicking, primarily directed towards females. Over the years, through consistent and tailored ABA interventions, we observed remarkable improvements in his emotional regulation, social communication, and problem-solving skills.

By the end of our time together, he had not only mastered all his programs but was also free from maladaptive behaviors for several months, actively preparing to obtain his driver’s license and seeking employment.

This profound transformation is a testament to the effectiveness of our collaborative approach and the deep satisfaction that comes from making a real difference in someone’s life.

"My guiding philosophy is simple: trust in my team, communicate openly, and work diligently. These principles ensure we make meaningful progress for our clients, deeply impacting their lives with every step we take together."
