Nicole’s arrival marks an important step forward in strengthening our clinical excellence, supporting our therapists, and ensuring families receive consistent, high-quality ABA therapy that truly makes a difference in everyday life.
A Strong Foundation in ABA and Special Education
Nicole began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2009 and has been dedicated to the field ever since. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education with a Severe Emphasis from Utah State University, where she worked closely with students in Severe Behavior and Autism units. This early experience shaped her understanding of complex needs and the importance of individualized, compassionate support.
She later completed her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Utah Valley University. Since 2022, Nicole has served in Clinical Director roles, guiding teams and supporting a wide range of clients, behaviors, and clinical staff. Her comprehensive background allows her to make thoughtful, well-informed clinical decisions every day.
Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Utah.
A Leader Focused on People and Progress
What Nicole loves most about her work is seeing the real-life impact ABA therapy has on clients and families. Helping individuals build skills that improve their daily lives is what continues to motivate her.
“I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel supported and empowered. My goal is to invest in our staff so they can confidently support their clients in making lasting, meaningful changes and reaching their fullest potential,” Nicole shares.
As Clinical Director, Nicole is deeply committed to mentoring clinicians, strengthening clinical systems, and fostering an environment where both clients and staff can thrive.
